For all current and upcoming projects, I will now be posting these on our @callawayconstructions Facebook page.  Please feel free to head across to Facebook and check out what we are currently up to.  And while you are there, please feel free to our site!

Our French Creole project in Trentham East is taking spectacular form with the very large walls and steep trusses now up giving the three houses a lovely prominence on the property.  This is a build I can't wait to showcase upon its completion.

Our second project, "Glorieux" is also underway with the excitement of the turning of the sod earlier this month.  We are hoping that excavation and slab works will be complete before winter sets in.

Happy New Year!

We are absolutely thrilled to have commenced a couple of new projects this year with the first being a beautiful 100 square French Creole style build in Trentham East.  With three separate guest houses, two joined together by a glass panelled linkway and finished in the finest materials, this project is both exciting and rewarding to be apart of.  With the site-cut completed and slab works about to commence, I look forward to posting picture updates along the way.

Our second project is, in fact, our own.  With the purchase of a glorious 73 acre parcel of land in Woodend, we are ready to start building our own English Country Farmhouse with building plans currently in Town Planning.  We are looking forward to this new family project and once earthworks have begun, I will again update you on its progress.

As we draw closer to completion, it has been amazing to watch the transformation that has unfolded with our Woodend renovation / extension project.  The original house has been completely gutted to take in the amazing aspect on which the house is set. The open-planned kitchen and living area now takes in breath-taking views overlooking Mount Macedon and Hanging Rock with large floor to ceiling doors and windows that capture the magnificent panoramic prospect!  Likewise the master bedroom and formal living areas also capture the beauty of its outside landscape.  The extension houses the kids wing which wraps the existing house creating space for a lovely backyard courtyard.  I look forward to posting before and after pictures upon completion.

Jamie and I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a safe New Years and we look forward to new and exciting projects in 2015!

We are now well underway with our latest renovation / extension in Woodend with all trades working well to marry the old with the new.

We have almost completed a special building project up in Barfold. It has been a real pleasure to rebuild one of the homes affected by the Black Saturday fires and such an honour to work with clients who have shown such brevity and positivity throughout the whole journey.

In the meantime, we are excited about working with a lovely local family in our latest Renovation / Extension venture in Woodend.
